I started CH Enterprizes because I saw a gap between how things could be done and how they usually are. Too often, the work felt rushed, transactional, or built around shortcuts instead of craft. CH was my answer to that — a place to slow things down just enough to do them right, with clarity, intention, and respect for the process.

 

What I enjoy most about the work is the problem-solving. Every project is different, and that challenge keeps it interesting. I like taking something complex or undefined and turning it into something thoughtful, functional, and well-executed. Building CH has allowed me to stay close to the work while also shaping a company culture that values quality, accountability, and long-term thinking.

 

What motivates me is progress — seeing ideas turn into real outcomes and watching the company evolve as we learn. CH isn’t about chasing trends or quick wins; it’s about building something sustainable that we’re proud to stand behind. The motivation comes from knowing the work matters, the standards are high, and the company is growing in the right direction.
